Raisecom Switch

To upgrade an L2 switch, select the TFTP server IP in the switch, run the command "download system-boot tftp 192.168.4.10 system.z", and reboot the switch. If using a switch from another site, use the "erase" command and reboot to perform a factory reset before installing a new NIP by pasting it in pieces, entering configuration mode, and configuring the interface speeds.

For L2 Switch Upgradation:

Select 192.168.4.10 in TFTP


then browse and open file

then run command: download system-boot tftp 192.168.4.10 system.z


then reboot

If L2 switch is used from abother site then use command erase and then reboot.
Switch will go in factory reset mode then you can install another nip as mentioned
below.

User:- raisecom
Pass:- raisecom

Step 1- Paste Nip in pieces


Step 2- Go To config Mode

int uni 1
no shutdown
speed auto
exit

int uni 2
no shutdown
speed auto
exit

int uni 3
no shutdown
speed auto
exit

int uni 4
no shutdown
speed auto
exit

show mac-address table l2-address


show interface
