-My niece and are playing and watch movies when we are
at home during our leisure time together with my family and

-It is important to have a proper nutrition to us to
become healthy normal body and strength immunity, if
eat and eat was not good, because it doesn’t makes
unhealthy.

balance diet and exercise daily. I will introduce the pinggang
pinoy through explaining to them the meaning and importance
of the pinggang pinoy and start doing it.

-Water are important to me to our life because if there’s
no water what will drink, what can put in our cooking thing to
cook anything and if there’s no water we can’t wash our body
and all the water can be used.

-To improve body circulation, helps you lose weight. Water
has so many benefits to our health not just the things that I
wrote, water is beneficial for us humans to keep our body
hydrated.

-I will try to drink lots of water often and inform my family

-Hydration and relaxation is highly important in life
whenever we do recreational activities our bodies sweat off in
order to maintain our internal temperature because of our
body relcases water to cool down. Therefore we need to
hydrate ourselves by drinking enough water to replace this
