Identified problem: People are finding it difficult to obtain medical supplies because we are
required to stay at home, and some are afraid of acquiring this contagious disease.

Proposed solution: People nowadays enjoy shopping online, and most of the products are
shipped from overseas, so it took a week or so for them to receive their packages. That is why
we are motivated to establish a medical courier service in the area so that people can get
medical supplies quickly

Business model: Retail Model

Brief description of the business model: A retail business model articulates how a retailer
creates value for its customers and appropriates value from the markets. Purchases product
from a distributor or wholesaler, and then sells those products to the general public or to
corporate end users. The most successful retailers make significant improvements in their
operating model because the value proposition (product and service offering, shopping
experience, pricing and revenue model) and operating model (organization, value chain,
sourcing and store operation) together are responsible for the entire business model’s success.
