Production Plan

Pork Sinigang Recipe

Ingredients:

½ kl Pork 2 tbsp Salt 2


1 bundle Kangkong 5 pcs Green pepper 5
¼ kl Tamarind 20 1 bundle String Beans 10
2 tbsp Tamarind mix powder 3 pcs Eggplant 15
1 L Water 2 tbsp Seasoning (Magic Sarap) 4
2 pcs Radish 20 1 pc Knor cube pork 7
5 pcs Tomato 10 1 tbsp Seasoning (Vitsin) 2

Procedure:
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Add the pork liempo, tomato, onion, and tamarind and sinigang soup mix. And other
seasoning
3. Cover the pot and boil until the meat is tender.
4. Add the long chili pepper, radish, taro, string beans, and eggplant.
5. Cover the pot and continue boiling until the vegetables are cooked.
6. Add the kangkong leaves and simmer until the dish is done.
7. Serve while hot!
Pork Dinuguan Recipe

Ingredients:

½ kl Pork 100 1 pc Gourd 20


1 L Blood of Pork 2 tbsp Pepper 2
5 pcs Chili Green 5 2 tbsp Salt 2
5 pcs Garlic 5pesos 1cup Vinegar 2
5 pcs Onion 5pesos 2 tbsp Seasoning (Magic Sarap) 4
5 tbsp Oil 5pesos

Procedure:
1. Saute the garlic and onion in pre-heated oil until
translucent.
2. Add the pork and cook until some of the fat from the
pork has rendered.
3. Add water, vinegar and the pork blood.
4. Simmer until thick or for 30 minutes.
5. Season the pork dinuguan with salt and pepper then
add some seasoning and the long green peppers. Let it
simmer over low flame for 15 minutes.
6. Serve warm.
Ginisang Munggo Recipe

Ingredients:

½ kl Munggo beans 45 2 tbsp Seasoning (Magic Sarap) 4


1 sachet Chicharon 6 1tbsp Seasoning (Vitsin) 2
5 pcs Onion 5 Malunggay
5pcs Garlic 5 1 pc Bitter gourd 10
¼ kl Pork 30 1 L Water
1 cup Oil 5pesos

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
2. Cut the garlic, onion, and tomato.
3. Add the pork. Cook until the color of the pork turns
light brown.
4. Pour water into the pot. Let boil Add the pork cube.
Stir.
5. Add the munggo beans. Cover and adjust the heat
between low to medium.
6. Continue to cook until the mung beans becomes
tender.
7. Add more water, if necessary.
8. Put the malunggay leaves and spinach in the cooking
pot. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Add ground black pepper and fish sauce. Cook for 2 to
3 minutes.
10. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with chicharon. Serve.

Ingredients:

¼ kl Squash 20 1/4 1 cup Bagoong alamang 5


5 pcs Eggplant 20 ¼ kl Pork 30
1 bundle String beans 20 1 pc Knor cube pork 7
½ kl Okra 10 1 sachet Chicharon 6
3 pcs Bitter gourd 20 2 tbsp Seasonings (Magic Sarap) 4
5 pcs Garlic 5 1 cup Oil 5
5 pcs Tomato 10 5 pcs Onion
1 tbsp Seasonings (Vitsin)

Procedure:
1. In a large, deep skillet (or casserole), heat oil over
medium heat.
2. Cook pork until it turns slightly brown.
3. Stir in garlic, onions and tomatoes. Sauté for a few
minutes until tomatoes are wilted.
4. Add squash and okra, stir-fry for a minute or two and
then add the rest of the vegetables.
5. Gently stir to combine.
6. Pour in water and add the bagoong alamang, and bring
to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer covered over low
heat until vegetables are tender. Be sure not to
overcook it.
7. You may wish to correct the taste by adding a little bit
of bagoong alamang. Gently stir to blend.
8. Immediately remove from heat. Transfer to a serving
dish. Serve hot alongside steamed rice.
Shanghai Recipe

Ingredients:

1 plastic Wrapper 2 tbsp Seasoning (Magic Sarap)


¼ kl Fish 1 tbsp Seasoning (Vitsin)
4 pcs Carrots 2 pcs Egg
Celery 5 tbsp Corn Starch
2 pcs Bell Pepper 1 cup Oil
5 pcs Garlic
3pcs Onion 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Pepper

Procedure:
1. Boil the fish in the casserole within 5 – 10 minutes.
2. Remove the fish bone after it boiled.
3. Cut the ingredients in small size.
4. Mix all the ingredients in one casserole and put all the seasoning to it.
5. Stir it in 2 – 3 minutes.
6. Put the mixed ingredients to wrapper.
7. Fry it in boiling oil.
8. Strain it for a minute to lessen the oil.
9. Display it and sell it.
