Some of the research based strategies that one may see in my classroom will be the use of technology and
displayed assignment projects created by the students to illustrate different activities that they have completed for
the class.

Some technology you will find in my classroom is the desktop computers and the use of ipads for different
assignments given to the students for completion and or help with work. By having computers in the classroom it
could promote or motivate the students to be more creative and let them build different skills from the use of
technology such as the computers and or the ipads.

The important elements for lesson plan to help build student success. It could give the students structure and
stability in the classroom. And also give guidelines for a good foundation in teaching and helping the students
thrive and learn throughout the year in the classroom.

For in classroom behavior that was learned in previous text about rules procedures and expectations some of the
rules or guidelines that are non-negotiable in my classroom are as follows: be respectful of others; keep all
personal objects to him/her self; keep hands and or feet to self; demonstrate him/her can be kind to all students and
faculty each day. These things in my classroom are absolutely non-negotiable.

In my classroom I will implement all the rules and guidelines to help each and all of my students be successful and
learn everything to the best of my ability. And I will do my best to ensure that each child in my room gets the
same equal opportunity to become master learners. I will make sure that I can give each student that needs help the
time and effort to help him/her succeed and get the best education possible.
