• Managed multiple internal and external project teams throughout the lifetime of large scale web, brand projects.
• Identified and created key metrics that were used to evaluate the success of projects pre and post-launch.
• Supported strategy, design and, development teams in resolving complex strategic project barriers and delays while
also reviewing and maintaining the quality of work completed.
• Managed project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
• Supported the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Associate Project Managers and Account Managers.
• Managed and supported Associate PMs & PMs through tricky projects and client situations.
• Evaluated project outcomes and facilitated project retrospectives to help capture key learnings. These were applied to
business forecasts and future project scoping calculators.

• Juggled between 4-7 large ongoing projects with different timelines, using agile methodologies to ensure projects were
on schedule and deliverables were met.
• Inspired and managed a creative multi-disciplinary team of Web Developers, UI/UX designers, Copywriters, Graphic
Designers, Videographers, and Photographers to define and action solutions. Facilitated creative team meetings to sup-
port continuous improvement, implement design reviews, and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Managed the development of creative roadmaps to help identify the processes needed to deliver features, this in-
cluded capacity planning, risk management, writing feature briefs and customer documentation.

million dollar North American brands to maximize our marketing budget and expand our strategies scope.
• Sourced and managed a team of multi-disciplinary contractors to ensure delivery was on time and within budget. Man-
aged several ongoing projects with Photographers, Chefs, Artists, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers.

• Headed several European equity markets, specializing in French and German markets with daily values of over €150-300
million. Worked with several high-value clients to ensure trades were successfully settled in the market.
• Managed a team of 5 client services employees who supported the lower value trades in my markets.
• Managed multiple ongoing projects while keeping open lines of communication with management. Created and man-
aged financial reporting identifying potential costly trades, leading to a weekly cost saving of 34%.
