    Addendum No. 4

    Delete Item No. 1 of Addendum No. 3 in its entirety and replace by the following;
    “In Volume-I of the Bidding Documents, Section 3: Particular Information to Instruction to
    Bidders, sub-clause 17.1, amend the deadline for submission of bids as follows:

    Date: July 17, 2014 at 2:30PM”

    Delete Item No. 2 of Addendum No. 3 in its entirety and replace by the following;
    “In Volume-I of the Bidding Documents, Section 3: Particular Information to Instruction to
    Bidders, sub-clause 20.1, amend the date and time for bid opening as follows:

    Date: July 17, 2014 at 2:30PM”
