液压站使用安全警示
a) 在启动液压系统前必须开启油箱底部的柱塞泵泄油球阀和加油泵吸油球阀，否则将

损坏油泵。

b) 注意观察液压油油面位置，发现缺油时立即补充，以免造成油泵等液压元件的损坏。

c) 系统发出报警信号时，必须停机检查，处理故障，严禁带病作业。

d) 在进行维修保养时，应切断动力源，系统卸压，且应有防止误操作的锁闭设施

和明显的警示标志牌，以防造成人身及设备的安全事故。

e) 在进行维修保养时，必须确保系统和环境的清洁。

Safety warning

a) Before start hydraulic system, start plunger pump drin ball valve and
gasoline pump suction ball valve under oil tank, or oil pump will be
damged.

b) Observe oil level of hydraulic oil, fill if necessary to avoid damage of

hydraulic components.

c) When alarm of the system is working, stop and check to solve the problem,
working with problems is forbideen.

d) Cut power during maintenance, pressure relief is required, locked device

to avoid misoperating and noticeplate is needed in case of human injury
and equipment damage.

e) Make sure enviorment of system is clean during maintenance.
