    TRANSPRINT TF-312F

    Main composition:
    Acrylate polymer dispersing liquid

    Field of Application:
    It is suitable for pigment printing and other water system thickening process.

    Technical Data:
    Appearance: Milky white viscous liquid
    Solid content(150℃,2h ,%): ＞70
    Ionic character Anionic
    pH: 6.0-7.0

    properties:
    1. Excellent thickening effect. High paste-forming rate, thicken rapidly, smooth surface of paste.
    2. Has excellent water-holding property, Printing with clear outline, high pigment yield, brilliant
    color, soft handle.
    3. Good electrolyte resistance and good water-hold ability. Good compatibility with color paste
    and binder.
    4. Good paste stability, easily pass the printing screen, no moudly.
    5. Free of formaldehyde, APEO and kerosene. It is an environment friendly product
    6. Color depth of TF-312F is high compared with TRANSPRINT TF-312D

    2. Procedure

    Prepare paste→flat screen or rotory screen printing→baking（150-160℃，1.5-3min）


    For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

    Package & Storage:


    Plastic drum net 130kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperaturein and hermetic
    condition without exposure to sunlight
