MY CITY will be web portal which provide information to city of website user in most
handy way. It provide information about hotels, pub, school, colleges, library, picnic spot,
shops,hospital, malls etc. and many more things in text, images. bussiness people can add new
bussineses. User can use this website to get address of the venues he/she is looking for history.

INOVATIVES FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM

 Mobile response web design which allows the user to access same site from any type of
device like smart phone, tablets, smart tv, pc, laptop
 Provide search box to quickly search information
 Also provide information category wise like hotels, restaurant, bar, library, shopping malls
 User can write and read reviews about places
 Business house, organization can put their details at free of cost
 Can use google map to reach at exact location of search places.
 Business houses can put their advertisement on website.

SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM

 This project provide detail of Bhavnagar cities in Gujarat

 place which will be included in sites will be decided by administrator of website
 It is providing only information to the user of cite like justdial.com
 It is not online shopping website
 It will developed in HTML, CSS, javascript, PHP

REQUIREMENT OF SYSTEM

 USER:

This project has two kinds of users:

1. Administrator

Administrator of the system has all the rights and authorities to view as well as to
modify and update the system whenever required for example he can add, remove, edit,
area, valid zip code list, categories.

2.Bussiness people:

Bussiness people can add new business.

3 .Unregistered User (Guest):

Unregistered Customer can serch, view various places, business houses,

organization registered previously on website. He can also write reviews about places
available on site.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

A feasibility study aims to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses
of an our web application, opportunities and threats present in the development of web application,
the resources required to carry through.

A well-designed feasibility study should provide a historical background of the business or project, a
description of the product or service, details of the operations and management, feasibility studies
precede technical development and project implementation.

A feasibility study evaluates the project's potential for success.

Technical Feasibility:

 This project is completely technically feasible to develop as it require no specific operating

system either on client side or on server side. Any operating system whether it paid or free can be
used.
 Client can use any type of web browser currently available in market.
 Site content will be into plain English so any educated person can use it.

Operational Feasibility:

In this test we have to know that a new created system will gives the same functionality as older system is
giving.
 This system is better than existing yellow pages directory system which is used by people to get
address of any place, organization, person to approach them
 People who wants to get address of above mentioned entities just need to open our website, and need
to type search phrase into search box and then he will get list of address along map which indicates
how to reach there.
 This site has content in plain easy to understand English so any one can use it.
 It can be used from any place , any time by any person absolutely freely.
Implementation feasibility:

 As we have mentioned that we are going to use PHP, HTML, CSS , javascript, mysql to develop
this project, we found that these technologies are easy to learn and then use.
 There is no copyright issue we face in development.
 We can use any hardware configuration of pc/laptop to complete development of this project.
 Once project is developed, it can be hosted on any web server with any operating system.

The Online System that we have built requires some specific hardware configuration;
I have mentioned the basic minimum hardware recommendations to run the system adequately.
Any higher configuration hardware would only add to the performance of the system. The
