 I did gain stimulates continuous improvement of people and processes.

 It lets me team test possible solutions on a small scale and in a controlled environment.

 It prevents my work process from recurring mistakes.

My Reflections / My Insights
Rate your accomplishment using the continuum:

I rated myself 3 - Satisfactory

because I still need to overcome my apprehensions in teaching. I know how to handle and
manage the class but when it comes in teaching, I'm not that really prepared. Sometimes I don't
know how I will deliver my instruction where the pupils will motivate to learn and understand
clearly what I taught. When it comes to my discussion, I'm lack of good understanding of the
content you teach and an ability to transform it with clear, and succinct messages.

I think I can do better if I will overcome my fear like for instance; I am nervous in facing the class and
Teach the lesson to them.

I learned that all teachers need to be prepared before teaching to the students, or facing them in
the classroom so that the students will not be bothered and can listen properly to the teacher.
