    administration of osteorized feeding thru gavage, gastrostomy and
    jejunostomy, enteral feeding-intermittent and continuous ),
    Performs parenteral nutrition and gastric gavage as ordered.
    Institutes measures for the maintenance of proper urinary and bowel
    function includes insertion of indwelling and straight catheter,
    administration of enema as ordered, irrigation and care of
    colostomy bag.
    Provides adequate oxygenation and ventilation ( assist in using
    spirometer, maintenance of patency of corrugated tubings, deep
    breathing and coughing exercises regularly for post-op, post
    intubated immobile patients unless contraindicated, administering
    oxygen thru nasal cannula, face mask with and without rebreathing
    bag, mask-valve-bag, endotracheal, tracheal with T-piece adaptor )

    Record and Report Accurately.

    Immediately relays pertinent findings to the physician regarding


    Patients conditions.
    Ensures all doctors orders are made and carried out.
