Background
According to TPP machine policy the TP A3/Flex-0100; -
0150; -0160 field installed have to be updated to reach the
current performance level.
Important Note:
This MKC is “software only”, no hardware is included.
Due to this MC’s will:
• Download the software and burn the CD autonomously prior the installation on the fillers
according to the “CD manufacturing procedure” chapter below.
• Be reimbursed for the preparations costs with one work hour (RM download is included in this
time), according to the row “Software preparation in MC” in the above timetable.

Improvements
• Introduction of the volume TBA 1000 Edge.
• Introduction of the volume TBA 1000 Mid (A3/Flex 0150/0160 only).
• Software predisposition for the UK air flow sensor.
• Correction of waste handling due to TS faults.
• Improvement of the LS stop time parameter for the volume TBA 200 Mid.
• Software predisposition for the UK ICU rinsing.
• Improvement of the HI pipe temperature control during the HI cleaning
phase.
• Correction of the LS behavior during inspection or replacement of the
inductor (s) after the machine has successfully ended the tight tube phase.
• Added air super heater high temperature limit control.
• Added ICU time out refilling alarms for alkali and acid tanks.
• Improvement of the communication recovery with PT Flex in the case of
failure.
• Added a check of the ASU splice head and preparation tables position
before air pressure is applied to the venting box.
