1. Discuss the steps to be taken to ensure proper health care for the children under your
care.

Whether you work full-time, a few hours a week or have other outside commitments,
choosing child care is an important decision. You want to ensure your child is in safe,
caring, and stimulating environment, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow
every day. You also want an open, positive relationship with your child’s caregiver.
 Understand how children grow and develop
 Provide children with a stimulating environment and many ways to learn.
 Know how to respond to a child’s emotional needs.
 Work with you and listen to your concerns.
 Want to help your child reach any goals that you have set.

2. Discuss some of the government supports for proper health care system for its citizens
in the Philippines.

 Governments play a major role in health care financing by mobilizing the


necessary resources through public budgets and other contributive mechanisms,
pooling resources allocated to health development, guiding the process of
resource allocation and purchasing health services from various providers.

3. Mention some instances where Genetic Finger Printing could be of use in crime control.

 We can use Genetic finger printing in finding the suspects of a crime. Because in
a crime scene the suspect might leave some of his/her identity without him
knowing.

4. Name and explain the socio-economic implications of poor health care system in a
nation.

 Socio- economic status underlies three major determinants of health: health


care, environmental exposure, and health behavior. The socio-economic
implications of poor health care system in a nation is assessed by income,
education, occupation that is linked to a wide range of health problems including
low birth weight, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, arthritis, diabetes and
cancer. Lower socioeconomic status is associated with higher morality, and the
greatest disparities occur in middle adulthood.
5. Identify specific human activity and discuss its effects on our health.

Human activities such as: burning of fossil fuels, extensive land and water use,
overfishing, and deforestation have been increasingly disruptive to Earth’s atmosphere,
oceans, and land surface over the past 50 years, and these disruptions pose serious
threats to human health and wellbeing, according to Samuel Myers, principal research
scientist at Harvard T.H
