GROUP ASSIGNMENT (30%)

Assalamualaikum wbt,

My dear students, please follow the 5 steps to start your assignment;

1) Form a group consist of 5 students


2) Find 5 area of research that related with mu’amalat
3) After finalised the title through consultation, find 10 journals related with the title
4) Send a draft and book an appointment for another consultation
5) Follow the guidelines below

The following guidelines will help you to prepare the research paper;

1. The language of the research paper is ENGLISH


2. Allow typewritten single-spaced paper and use font type Times New Roman
3. Please use font size 10 bold for the title (UPPER CASE), use font size 10 for the names
of the group members (UPPERCASE). Use font size 10 for the text which include
abstract, body and references
4. Please use APA styles for your writing. For instance, Mobius, M. (2007).Mutual
funds: An introduction to the core concepts. John Wiley & Sons, Singapore.
Additional info: you can use Mendeley or “APA Generator” instead of using manual
writing for the references.
5. The total marks for group assignment is 30%. (20% - Report, 10% - Presentation).
6. Students can choose to record or do the presentation online.
7. For video presentation, students can use any applications, website, video editor or
ways that suitable to present the video.
8. The slides should be appeared accordingly.
9. The audio and video should be clear enough. If you want to remove the sound of
chickens or unnecessary background sound; you can use any applications and
websites. But I would like to suggest you this website;

10. Please upload the video in YouTube and send the link through Smart3UMS.
11. Use English as the main language for online/video presentation.
