1. Develop and maintain solutions using standard platform


functionality, including but not limited to: Business Rules, UI Pages, UI
Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACL's, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI
Actions, Custom Tables, Report, transform maps, database views etc.

2. Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to ensure break fix


solutions, meet technical guidelines

3. Loads, modifies and maintains data between ServiceNow and


another Platforms.

4. Ensures that ServiceNow standard practices are utilized for all


configuration and customizations.

5. Creates ServiceNow reports and Dashboards.

Identity requirement gaps to maintain a high degree of quality in the


solution build.

6. Perform troubleshooting and benchmarking in the ServiceNow


instance.

7. Authoring and maintaining technical documentation.

8. Java Scripting experience.

9. Develop integration design to support functional design including full


documentation of methods, data transfers and error checking.

10. Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.

11. Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills

12. Ability to deal with partners and peers located worldwide.


13. For experienced Candidates: ITIL certifications at the foundation,
intermediate or expert level.

14. For experienced candidate: ServiceNow Certified Application


Developer.
