The Terms and Condition are as under:

➢ The competition is open to all interested shooters, irrespective of their membership of any Particular
State/Association/Unit.
➢ All the entries of date 31st can be submitted by any of the mode(online/offline). But entries of date
1st, 2nd and 3rd august can only be submitted in online mode and the last date entries is 30th July, 2021.
➢ The matches will be conducted in Air pistol & Air rifle events only.
➢ Matches will start from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
➢ Date of prize distribution is 3rd of August, 2021.
➢ Details /Relays & timings would be pre allotted to all the shooters.
➢ No request for change of details would be entertained later on.
➢ Extra relays may be added to the program as per the decision of the organizing committee.
➢ Dates of the tournament may be extended or pre-pone.
➢ In case of event being postponed due to government guidelines for COVID-19 or any other
unforeseen reason, the entry fee will be refunded or will be adjusted in the fresh dates of
tournament.
➢ Decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding to all. They have right to change
any rule for the smooth conduct of the tournament.
➢ The score of this competition will not be considered by NRAI and any STATE RIFLE
ASSOCIATION for any purpose.
➢ The competition is being organized at club level and for the promotion of shooting sports at grass
root level.
➢ The NRAI & HARYANA STATE will not be responsible or party in dispute that arises during and
after the competition.
NOTE:- KEEPING IN MIND THE SAFETY OF OUR ATHLETES KINDLY FOLLOW THE
GUIDELINES LAID DOWN BY THE GOVT.
➢ Bring your water bottle with you.
➢ Only shooters will be allowed to enter the range.
➢ No spectators will be allowed while the match is in progress.
➢ FACE MASK & HAND SANITIZER are compulsory for each individual.
➢ Social distancing to be maintained at all time.
➢ Range will be sanitized after every relay.
➢ Temperature will be checked of every Participant/Coach/Official/Guardian.
Dates may be changed depending upon the Government guidelines & prevailing COVID-19
condition.
 GENERAL RULES
1. Shooters will be required to shoot 40 shots in 1 hour +(10 minutes preparation cum sighting time).for 60
shots1:30 mints+(15minutes)
2. Scoring will be based on full ring score.
3. In case of a tied score, count back method would be adopted to break the rule.
4. Shooters can participate in higher age category matches as well. A Youth shooter may participate in
Senior match categories as well. A Junior shooter may participate in Senior match category as well.
5. Separate category for ISSF & NR & LITTLE CHAMP Shooters.
6. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY Rs 1000/-
TEAM ENTRY Rs 1200/-
PARA SHOOTERS ENTRY Rs 500/-
LITTLE CHAMP ENTRY Rs 800/-
7. Team entry may be submitted on the spot. Participants can be of any age group for team events.
Individual scores
of participants will be consider/count for team events.
8. PROTEST FEES-Rs 500/- To be paid within 30 min of uploading results protest fees will be refunded in
case the
Protest is upheld.

Team entry will be of 3 men /women shooters of any category.

If there are four players in a category then only the first three medals will be there.

2. Birth certificate/shooter ID/school-college ID card in case of juniors.
3. Shooter ID card/state membership ID card/residence proof.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Keep in mind the safety of pour athletes kindly follow the following guidelines laid down by the GOVT.
1. Only shooters will be allowed to enter the range.
2. No spectators will be allowed while the match is in progress.
3. Shooters will be allocated with a gap of minimum 6 feet.
4. Face masks and hand sanitizers are compulsory.
5. Social distancing to be maintained at all time.
6. Range will be sanitized after every relay.
7. Maximum 5 shooters after allocating alternate lanes will play in every relay.
8. Temperature check will be performed for every participant/ coach/ official/ guardian.
