I. INTRODUCTION
Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food eaten as a snack or dessert. It may
be made from dairy milk or cream and is flavoured with a sweetener, either sugar or
an alternative, and a spice, such as cocoa or vanilla, and many more. Cake is a form
of sweet food made from flour, sugar, and other ingredients, that is usually baked but
in my case my cake is affordable with the use of fudgee bar. For some who doesn’t
know Fudgee cake bars is a ready to eat cake bars with chocolate filling inside. Here
in the Philippines. Combining these two ingredients together can make a delicious
dessert and

My main goal for my business is to satisfy the needs and cravings of the
customers by our product. My product is very affordable and it’s so delicious. I think
my product will be profitable definitely because it is a refrigerated cake and since it’s
summer in our place it is a good pair. It’s a fudgee ice cream cake with milo only
available in here at my place . I’d chose this product because it’s good and it’s
perfect dessert for summer.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


My product is named Fudgee Bar Ice Cream cake. I chose this product
because it’s unfamiliar here in our place and it’s easy make and very affordable. I
rest assured my product will be a customers choice and they will be satisfied with the
savory and delicious product that I made. It’s easy to make you don’t need fancy
equipment to make ice cream. All you need to do is freeze the kremdensada
overnight and then slice the fudgee cake and layer it into the tub. As soon as it
hardens open it and whip it any, whip will do. And then put milo into the whip kinda
like ice cream texture mixture. And then layer it to the fudgee bar in the tub. Once
you are done put it into the freezer. And you have an easy and very simple way to
make ice cream.

A. In my team, well basically yours truly handles and runs the business. Basically I
myself receive all the incomes. And I have a specific target and goal for my
business

I decided to sell my products to my peers probably my family, cousins,
Tito’s and Tita’s and classmate who are near or basically anyone who wants to buy
my product. I tried selling it by the looks and design for a very pleasing product. My
main target is the people or customers who are craving for cold, delicious and
refreshing dessert or snack to eat in a hot summer. Well, at the first place I come up
with this product, I’m very sure it will be profitable and customer satisfaction and it is
very easy to sell and easy make for a small amount budget.

VI. PRODUCT AND SERVICE OFFERINGS


I started making this product couple of weeks and afterwards when I’m
done I’d sell it for a very fair price. No need for free tasting. At the first glance of the
customers on my product, I think they would already know that it is delicious,
satisfying and has savory taste. Anyone who wants to ask the ingredients and
procedure in making this product. They are very welcome to make their own
business.

Procedure
1.Prepare you ingredients
2.Slice the fudgee bar into half
3.Freeze the Kremdensada overnight
4.Open and whip the frozen Kremdensada
5.Add milo to the mixture
6.Layer first the cake and then ice cream and then cake then ice cream into the tub
7.Melt the milo and then make it a design to your product
8.And then lastly refrigerate your finish product
