Apart from my efforts, the success of any project depends largely on the encouragement
and guidelines of many others. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the people
who have been instrumental in the successful completion of this project. I would like to show
my greatest appreciation to Mr / Ms(Guiders name ) and the entire faculty of the
department of Hotel management at (MADRAS- IHM)from where we have learnt the basics
and whose informal discussions and able guidance became light for us in the entire duration
of this work. I can‘t say thank you enough for their tremendous support and help. I feel
