CULMINATING ACTIVITY IN MAPEH

Activity Overview:

In this activity students will showcase their learning in Philippine Festival


Dances, Philippine Folk Dance, Social Dances and Cheer Dance into one production to
be performed in school covered court on March 11, 2020.

Rationale

Culminating activity in MAPEH is not just enhancing the skills of the students,
but it also creates the strong bond between students. It creates camaraderie among
students. This is very important for the students to show their knowledge and skills that
was improved and learned from different topics in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and
Health.

Objectives:

Students will:
 Execute the skills involved in the dance.
 Create movements to music of a particular dances.
 Design the visual elements and components of the selected dances through
costumes, props, etc.

Materials:

Each Student Cooperative Group must have the following:


 Music
 Musical Instrument
 Costume/PE Uniform
 Props

Suggested Time Frame:

Three 3-8 minutes every performances.
