STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR LOADING, UNLOADING AND

VEHICLE MOVEMENT

1. Vehicle enters the premises and the entry is done on myGate app by the
security.
2. Vehicle drives up to the weigh bridge for calculating the load of the
vehicle. Guard shall escort the vehicle and note the details. Alternatively,
we need to install a digital LED board at the security to facilitate this
entry.
3. Staff present at the weigh bridge shall inform the guard the details of
company as well as the warehouse details for which the vehicle has
come for loading or unloading.
4. Guard will then instruct the driver to get the vehicle parked at our
parking and wait for their turn.
5. There shall not be any fixed time for loading or unloading. FIFO has to be
followed.
