antiquity. In Pakistan, the 21st century has been dubbed by some as the “century of
projects”. And as developmental challenges, science and technology and knowledge
relentlessly advance, projects – and a profound insight into how to manage them
effectively and efficiently - will become all the more relevant with the passage of time.
How would you express the significance of project management in Pakistan? Explain
the advantages of Project management with examples detail.
Q.2: Cross-border transfer of organizational knowledge is most effective in terms of
both velocity and viscosity; sometimes the type of knowledge (i.e., human, social, or
structured) being transferred can be simple, explicit, and independent and sometimes
such transfers involve similar cultural contexts. Elaborate some essential difference
between Western and non-Western societies, which are to be kept in consideration,
while dealing with projects.
