Job Profiles with their Roles and responsibilities :

● Online HR Coordinator (for non-academic)


1. Post the job description for the available positions in Social
Network as well as various social media portals.
2. Actively participate in the recruitment process.
3. Contact prospective candidates and conduct interviews.
4. Complete the joining formalities for the selected candidates.

● Online HR Coordinator (for academic)


1. Post the job description for the available positions in Social
Network as well as various social media portals.
2. Actively participate in the recruitment process.
3. Contact prospective candidates and conduct interviews.
4. Complete the joining formalities for the selected candidates.

● Online Marketing Executives


1. Online Medical Equipment Suppliers/Doctors and Clinics
information collection.
2. Contact Doctors and Hospitals to explain about (Showdoctors.com.)
3. Gather information from the doctors / Clinics/ Hospitals to complete the online/onsite.
4. Medical Industry survey (Survey form will be provided).
5. Encourage Medical Equipment Suppliers/ doctors/ to be part ShowDoctors.com and complete supplier
network subscription process including payment of subscription
charges from the client.
6. Achieve functional targets in terms of the number of clients as well as the contributing towards the
company's growth.

● Online Marketing Executives (Buzibrains)


1. Gather market and customer information collection.
2. Contact client and explain company background and BuziBrAIns' supplier network project.
3. Gather information from the client to complete the online/onsite SME industrial survey (industry-specific
survey form will be provided).
4. Encourage clients to be part BuziBrAIns' supplier network and complete supplier network. Subscription
process
including payment of subscription charges from the client.
5. Achieve functional targets in terms of the number of clients as well as the contributing towards the
company's growth.

Type of internship : Work from Home.


Duration : 30-45 days.

Stipend and other benefits :

● Online HR Coordinator (for non-academic)


1. Only Certificate – 3 (If Hired With Security Deposit Policy ) , 10 (If Hired Without Security Deposit
Policy)
2. Certificate & LoR- 4 to 10 (If Hired With Security Deposit Policy), 11 to 15 (If Hired Without Security
Deposit Policy)
3. 3K to 9K Stipend & Certificate With LOR – 11 to 30 Recruits (If Hired With Security Deposit Policy), 16
to 30 Recruits (If
Hired With Without Security Deposit Policy ),
4. Above 10 (If Hired With Security Deposit Policy ) – Stipend Will be Calculated, Above 16 (If Hired
Without Security Deposit Policy ) –Stipend Will be Calculated
5. 5 Overachievement will be considered for Incentive.

● Online HR Coordinator (for academic)


1. Only Certificate – 1 to 3 Recruits.
2. 6K Stipend & Certificate with LOR – 10 Recruits.
3. Between 4 and 10 – Stipend Will be calculated.
4. Overachievement will be considered for Incentive.

● Online Marketing Executives


1. Only Certificate – 30 Doctors Registrations.
2. 3K to 6K Stipend, Certificate & LOR – 30 to 50 Suppliers (No Need of Doctors Registration) OR 20 to
30 Doctors & 20 to 30 Suppliers.
3. Overachievement will be considered for Incentives.
4. Stipend is linked only to Supplier Registrations.

● Online Marketing Executives (Buzibrains)


1. Only Certificate – 10 Suppliers.
2. Certificate & LOR – 15 to 20 Suppliers.
3. 6K Stipend & Certificate with LOR – 30 Suppliers Registrations.
4. Overachievement will be considered for Incentive.
