INTERROGATORIES (O 11,R 1 )

The defendant abovementioned most respectfully


submits as herein under :-

1. That the above titled case is pending in this Hon’ble


Court.
2. As a matter of fact that the entire case can be decided
through the discovery by interrogatories under order 11
of CPC.
3. Therefor , the defendant requests that the plaintiff may
be ordered to admit or deny on oath the document list
and the question list which is to submitted by the
defendant .
4. That the purpose of this application is to save expense
by enabling the defendant to obtain from the plaintiff
necessary and relevant information to the issues in
dispute between the parties and to obtain admissions
on the facts which the plaintiff needs to prove or have
an issue with .
5. That all the details regarding the interrogatories and the
list of the questions will be submitted to the court by
the defendant once the court passes this order of
INTERROGATORIES (o 11 ,r 1 ).
6. That this application should be passed in the interest of
justice and as the court thinks fit as this order can either
support the case of the defendant or destroy it
completely .
7. That if this order is passed the burden of the court will
reduce as the time of the court will be saved and the
time of the trial will substantially be cut down , also the
cost of the litigants will be saved .
The defendant is willing to pay the costs .

PRAYER:-
WHEREFORE, the defendant in the above matter
most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble court under
the circumstances that the Interrogatories
application may kindly be accepted and put the
interrogatories after the required notice , as the
court may deem fit and in the interest of justice .
