how the association itself carries on, and how these are attached and affect one another.

The standards of OB can be applied to numerous parts of the work environment. It tends to be

Psychology: This is main part of behavioural science disciplines which play major role in

OB. It worries about major individual behaviour. Psychology examines conduct of various

individuals in different conditions, for example, typical, irregular, social, youth, pre-
6

adulthood, mature age, and etcetera. It also examines cycles of OB, for example, learning,

inspiration, personality, emotions, perception, training, leadership effectiveness, job

satisfaction, individual decision making, performance appraisal, attitude measurement,

employee selection, work design and work stress.

Social psychology: Social psychology is that part of brain research that get ideas from

psychology and sociology. As such, social psychology concentrates all other parts of social

conduct and social idea – how individuals consider and collaborate with others. Also, social

psychology is helpful in the regions of estimating and understanding evolving perspectives,

correspondence designs, the manners by which bunch exercises can fulfill singular needs and

collective choice creation measures. It centers around the impacts of individuals on each

other. It is a territory inside psychology that mixes ideas from brain research and humanism

and that centers around the impact of individuals on each other. The major components of

social psychology are behavioural change, Attitude change, Communication, group processes

and decision making.

Sociology: Sociology is the learning process of individuals behaviour in groups. With the

help of sociology, we can get knowledge about person’s social behaviour. In this way we can

To improve the work environment of any workplace different type of studies are needed to

learn them. These studies are intuition study and systematic study of value. Systematic study

helps the organization to improve worker tasks, its training and routine work environment.

By using systematic study, we can detect behaviour very accurately. Moreover, by this study

we can easily understand any problem and collect accurate data. Also, we can observe any

problem on work job and then make a suitable plan to solve the problem. These all are the

things which tell us that why we need systematic study of value to organizational behaviour. [

CITATION Jen \l 16393 ]

Organizational behaviour has few absolutes because there are so many principles that are

apply on different type of situations. Moreover, nature of human beings are very complex and

act differently in same situations and behaviour of same person changes in different

situations. We cannot change mind of anyone by giving money it also depends on person to

person behaviour. [ CITATION Nan16 \l 16393 ]

The three levels of analysis in this book’s Organizational behaviour model are given below

 Individual level analysis

 Group level analysis

 Organization level analysis

Individual level analysis: In individual level analysis, psychology play major contribution at

this stage. People work in organization are structure blocks of team formation. They are very

different by their nature. In real time, associations are the intentional relationship of people.

The individual level examination incorporates the qualities and nature of employees. For

example, creativity, turnover, task performances inspiration, attitudes, qualities and

characters.

Group level analysis: At this level, sociology, social sociology and anthropology play major

team means in which two or more employees work together for to do association task.

Teamwork either be formal or informal. This level focuses the individuals how they

communicate to each other. This level includes many elements like power, norms, decisions,

communication, networks, roles and so on.

Organizational level analysis: In organizational level analysis sociology and anthropology

play an important role. When workers of organization, work in groups or teams then these

groups make an organization. In this way, the main role of this analysis is depending upon

individuals’ strategies about their working bonds means they work with cooperative nature.
