Post Result Analysis

Firm's investment in major R&D Project was successfully completed as


well as executed.
Disbalance in Inventory Distributorship was seen with too much of
inventory left with MR and CO.
Alpha Technology also installed a new plant which will increase the
productivity in the next quarter by 1000 units.
Cut Throat Competition is clearly seen in the market trends.
Alpha Technology focused more on having a stable yet effective equity-
debt ratio this quarter with approx. 0.3%.
Revenue market share of Alpha Technologies is 15.3 which is least
among the competitors.
Conservatives were not reaching Modern Retailers whereas Affluent were
not reaching to Company owned stores to buy phone.
There was a slight increase in revenue and profits.
Demand, production and sales of conservatives were much higher than
the affluent and value- seeker due to features and MRP.
