Starting R81 and R80.40 (Jumbo Hotfix Take xxx and higher), you can manage licenses directly in SmartConsole*:
1. From the left navigation panel, click the Gateways & Servers view.
2. In the top pane, select the applicable Management Server or Security Gateway object.
*The 'cplic' command is still supported (see the CLI Reference Guide for your version).

A) Connect to the command line and log in to Gaia Clish or the Expert mode.
For more information about this command, see the CLI Reference Guide for your version.
B) In the top left corner, click Menu > Manage licenses & packages.
C) In the top left corner, click Menu > View > Menu Bar.
E) Click the Licenses & Contracts menu at the top > Add License > From File.
G) Click Open.
You may also activate your license(s) by applying the 'License File' directly to your Multi-Domain Security Management
(from SmartUpdate: select license tab -> SmartUpdate menu -> Licenses and contracts -> Add License -> from file).
