1. Organization systems and procedures:


a)Supply chain, procurement and purchasing?
:- Purchasing is responsible for the procurement
process. This means it ensures the supply of goods,
production materials and equipment so that a
smooth production and sales process can take place.
For this, goods must be procured at the right time, in
the right quantity, and of the right quantity. Supply
Chain have characterizes Purchasing as such
Purchasing refers to the process by which a company
contracts with third parties to obtain goods and
services required to fulfill its business objectives in
the most timely and cost-effective manner.
b. Quality assurance?
:- Quality assurance is a way of preventing mistakes
and defects in manufactured products and avoiding
problems when delivering products or services to
customers. Which defines as part of quality
management focused on providing confidence that
quality requirements will be fulfilled.

c. Making recommendations and seeking


approvals?
:- Recommendations are based on the results of
your research and indicate the specific measures
or directions that can be taken. For example, a
clinical study might have implications for
research and might recommend against the use
of a particular hazardous substance.

Things to note while seeking approval:


• Give your opinion freely.
• Avoid judging others.
• Realize that disapproval can be used as a
weapon.
• Be aware of what happens when someone
disapproves of you.
• Do some things for yourself.
 Fill your life with things that are important

2. Environmental and sustainability benchmarks?


:- The benchmarking tool provides with a framework
to measure environmental performance and allows
to compare environmental performance and cost
against industry peers and covers all environmental
aspects. Sustainability benchmarks are a way of
systematically evaluating the sustainability
performance of voluntary standards, certifications,
companies or other entities that aim to implement
sustainability measures or create positive impacts.
The policies, commitments and performance of
companies in the supply chain.

3. Common environmental and energy efficiency


issues?
:- Few issue that are faced in environment:
 Water usage.
 Energy usage.
 Food waste.
 Pollution.
 Garbage/waste.
Energy efficiency is using technology that requires
less energy to perform the same function. Using a
light-emitting diode light bulb or a compact
fluorescent light bulb that requires less energy than
an incandescent light bulb to produce the same
amount of light is an example of energy efficiency.
Energy efficiency simply means using less energy
to perform the same task that is eliminating
energy waste. Energy efficiency brings a variety
of benefits:
 Reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
 Reducing demand for energy imports.
 Lowering our costs on a household and
economy-wide level.
