EXECUTIVE SUMMARY REPORT


1. GENERAL

This document is issued to report the inspection and testing of Diesel Generator 120
kVA,
which held on July 04, 2021. All activities took place at workshop Khalil Goran
Company

in Erbil .
2. SCOPE OF WORK
Scope of work for these inspections work were visual inspection, review document
and witness of testing.

3. SUBJECT OF INSPECTION
The subject of inspection is 1 (one) unit Diesel Generator 120 kVA with data spec as
follows:
Generator Brand : Stamford
Power Rating : 120 kVA

Frequency :50 Hz
Voltage : 400 V
Rpm: 1500
Phase: 3

Power Factor : 0.8


Engine Brand: volvo penta
Speed : 1500 Rpm
Type : Vertical in-line, 4-Cycle, Water Cooled, Turbo Charged, Diesel Engine.

4. METHOD OF INSPECTIONS.
Visually & Physically Inspection.
5. RESULT OF THE INSPECTIONS
5.1.Visually & Physically Inspection

Visual inspection have been conducted to ensure that the unit of Diesel Generator
120 kVA have been completed and good condition as per user request. The result of
Inspection was satisfactory and good condition.
5.3. Function Test
The function test have been executed by Khalil Goran Company to ensure that the
Diesel Generator was in good condition and good function before installed on site.

The test which is conducted are as follows:


Insulation test
Low oil pressure
Over heating engine

Over & under voltage


Over & under frequency
Ground fault
Emergency stop

Over speed
The result of function test were satisfactory
The inspection test record can be seen at appendix
6. RECOMMENDATION
The unit of Diesel Generator can be used for further operation.

7. CONCLUSION
Base on the above result (visually and function test) we conclude that the Diesel
Generator
120 kVA which have been inspected, showed satisfactory and acceptable.

This report reflects our finding at the time and place of inspection only and is issued
without
prejudice.
