EDUC3 Assignment 2(prefinal)

Jason, Mabel M. BEED 2B

Title: ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Instruction: Present or draw an object that symbolizes a leader of an organization. Explain your symbol
of leadership.

According to Jack Welch, good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own
the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.

This symbol represents a man carrying light with him at all times. A clear vision and purpose are always
present in the minds of good leaders. Outstanding leaders not only see the future, but they also know
how to communicate that vision to their people and gain their support. The most critical criteria for a
company's and workers' success in the workplace are establishing and expressing a clear purpose,
mission, and vision. Employees can see where they're going when they can see the larger picture. Great
leaders have the ability to inspire people with their vision of the future, and they may influence and
inspire others to follow in their footsteps in attaining great outcomes.
