Procedure for EOT-03

Remarks
in this submission, Contractor JV included the duration of Sheratala proposed tunnel
due to which 1712 days were claimed

A revised submission has been made as per directions by the Employer, Engineer in
which they have directed us to exclude Proposed tunnel duration & directed to
include in EOT-03

A meeting was held in Feb-20 in which Contractor's submission was thoroughly


discussed & it was finalized that only the delaying events which have been finished
would be compensated it this claim. Continuing delaying events (like additional
quantum, varied works) would be cliamed in EOT-03
Engineer's determination

the Engineer determined the EOT-02 till 26 Sep 2021 with cut-off date of 15-Aug-19.
Procedure for EOT-03

After approval of EOT-02 by the WAPDA, EOT-03 would be prepared and claimed.
Continuing delaying events would be claimed in EOT-03 Like:
1) Late issuance of PH-IV foundation IFC drawings.
2) Partial suspension
3) late finalization of Outlet Portal location
4) land issues
5) Timeline of STC proposed tunnel, if VO approved by WAPDA. etc
