8:00- 8: 10 Wash utensils, wipe off tabletops and set up the work area.
Wash, measure, and prepare ingredients: cut and prepare
fruits, prepare garnishes, cut seasonings, and store them in
separate dishes. Make and set aside the dough for fried
dumplings.

Prepare Fruit Plate:

Stack fruits on toothpicks and decorate fruit plate.


8:10- 8:30
Clean work area and utensils used.

Prepare Ackee and Saltfish:

Add oil to the pan to heat, add and fry prepared seasonings,
8:30 - 9:00 add and stir saltfish, add ackee and black pepper and mix in
the pan and leave to cook for the remaining minutes. Add
garnish. Clean work area and utensils used.

Prepare Sausage and Baked Bean:

Add oil into the pan to heat, fry prepared seasonings, add
and stir sliced sausages, let it cook thoroughly, add canned
baked bean and ketchup, stir, and leave to simmer for the
9:00 - 9:30 remaining minutes. Add garnish. Clean work area and
utensils used.

Prepare Banana smoothie:

Plugin blender, add, and blend all ingredients until smooth.


Pour in sundae cup, add garnish and store in the
refrigerator. Clean work area and utensils used.

9:30 - 9:40
Prepare the Lemongrass Tea:

Boil water and add the lemongrass leaves to boil, sweeten


and strain before serving. Clean work area and utensils
used.

9:40- 10:00
