The nature of our business requires a number of our employees to report for work during Regular Philippine holidays. However, the
company recognizes the need of our employees to spend time with their families during the said holidays.

You will have the opportunity to take U.S. selected Holidays as a substitute for specified regular Philippine Holidays. This means that
you need not report for work on the U.S. Holiday (provided that you are not included in the work schedule for that day), but still get
paid for that day, subject to the rules on holiday pay under existing company policies and Philippine law, On the other hand, if you
are scheduled and required to report to work on the U.S. Holiday, you will be paid the corresponding holiday premium, subject to
the rules on holiday pay under company policies and Philippine law.

In line with our continuous effort to provide all our agents with more convenient and cost efficient means of notifying
management for their attendance occurrences, please be advised that effective December 17, 2019, all Alorica agents who
are unable to report for work or arrive at their scheduled work time may choose one of the following options in notifying
management for their attendance occurrence at least 1 (One) Hour prior to their start time.

1. Text Connect
Agents send an SMS to 2-256-6777 (for all networks, must have at least P1.00 available load).

2. Attendance Hotline
Agents call below hotline numbers (standard charges may apply for long-distance and mobile network calls)

Compliance Acknowledgment for TCPA and Do Not Call Processing

By signing this acknowledgment form, the employee agrees to comply with all TCPA
requirements in regards to revocation of consent and correctly updating phone number(s)
when requested by a consumer. The employee also acknowledges that if they are unclear if
a number should be blocked, or unsure of which number to block, they will consult with
their manager to determine the best course of action to take. The employee also
acknowledges that failure to process a Do Not Call request or a request to remove a number
correctly could lead to further disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of
employment with the Company.

Alorica Work-At-Home Expectations
Supplement

Overview
The purpose of the Alorica Work-At-Home Expectations Supplement (the “Expectations”) is to provide
Alorica Work At Home (WAH) Employees rules under which their job duties for Alorica (“Alorica” or the
“Company”) are to be performed. The Expectations are not intended to be exhaustive. They are intended
to supplement other job expectations and company policies such as those contained in the Alorica
Employee Handbook, if and as amended.

Failure of a WAH employee to meet the expectations stated here may result in disciplinary action, up to
and including disciplinary action. Employees are encouraged to raise any workplace questions or concerns
through their supervisor or assigned Employee Experience (HR) team member or any other avenue of the
Company’s Open Door Policy, including Alorica’s reporting hotline, which can be reached 24/7 at
www.theintegritycenter.com or 800-250-5189.

The Expectations are subject to change or discontinuation at any time, with or without notice, at the
discretion of the Company, subject to applicable law. In the event of a conflict between the Expectations
and applicable law, the Company will comply with applicable law.

Scope
The Expectations apply to all WAH Employees activities, expectations and responsibilities.

Expenses
Unless otherwise stipulated, employees are responsible for all expenses related to the work-at-home
position including, but not limited to, internet service, phone service, set-up ,and any appropriate office
supplies.

Company Property
Any Company property (including but not limited to tools, equipment, and files) provided to an employee by
the Company (or its clients) belongs to the Company (or its client, as applicable). Such property must be
used for Alorica-related business purposes, reasonably maintained by the employee, and returned to the
Company upon termination of an employee’s employment for any reason or at any time upon the
Company’s request. Further, employees are not permitted to allow others to use such property without
authorization of the Company. Notwithstanding, Alorica reserves the right to inspect and/or access such
property as needed for business purposes.

Privacy, Data Security and Confidentiality


Employees may have access to or receive or may be exposed to certain information relating to Alorica, its
affiliates, its clients, suppliers, agents and their customers including, but not limited to, business
requirements, software, systems, marketing philosophy, objectives, methodology and strategy, competitive
advantages and disadvantages, the types and/or details of services provided by and to Alorica, financial
results, response results, technological developments, customer information, including without limitation
customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, account numbers, and purchasing patterns, supplier
names, address, and telephone numbers, and a variety of other information and materials ("Confidential
Information"). Such information includes, but is not limited to: (i) "non-public personal information" as that
term is defined in Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act of 2000 and the
regulations issued thereunder (the "GLB"), including without limitation Regulation P of the Board of

Governors of the Federal Reserve; (ii) "Protected Health Information" as that term is defined in the Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, 45 CFR Parts 160,
162 and 164 ("HIPAA"); Personal Information/Sensitive Personal Information in accordance with the
Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012; and the European General Data Protection Regulations.

Consistent with the Alorica’s expectations of information security and privacy for employees working in an
office site, WAH employees will be expected to ensure the protection of confidential and proprietary
company, client, and customer information (including such information accessed and accessible from their
home office).

Employees understand they are required to protect the confidentiality, privacy and security of all information
concerning the Company, its clients, and their customers in any form (e.g., verbal, hard copy, or electronic).
Employees understand their obligation to protect the Confidential Information that they may create, access,
use or disclose as part of their job.

Employees are not authorized to access, or attempt to access any account information, intellectual property,
or other confidential information made available to them other than in the legitimate performance of work
and during their authorized working time.

To further the protection of confidential Company, client, and customer information, recording of telephone
calls or any work-related information is prohibited. Further, disclosure, misuse, misappropriation, or use
other than for providing service to Alorica of any client or customer call or contact information (including
without limitation name, address, telephone, credit card number, date of birth, social security number, and
e-mail address) is prohibited.

Employees must promptly notify the Company of any actual or suspected unauthorized access, disclosure,
or use of confidential Company, client, or customer information and to take all appropriate steps to retrieve
the information and prevent further unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.

Work Environment
Employee must maintain an appropriate work environment free from noise and other distractions within his
or her home for work purposes. The work location cannot be in a room occupied during shift hours by
anyone else at all including family, friends or pets. The environment must be a workstation in the permanent
and private residence as indicated in your employment records. Employees are prohibited from working in
public environments, temporary accommodations, or community establishments at any time.

Without prior approval from their supervisor, employees may perform work only while located within the
state in which they were originally hired to perform.

The Company reserves the right to schedule visits to an employee’s work-at-home worksite during regular
business hours or request a time to observe the home workspace through a scheduled web/online video
conference call.

Additionally, the Company reserves the right to require an employee to work at the nearest Company facility
for a specific duration, for any additional training, or if requested by supervisor/management to do so.

Calls must be taken on an approved headset - use of speakerphone when processing calls for Alorica is
prohibited.

Work Area Safety


WAH employees are responsible for ensuring their work-at-home environment complies with all applicable
health and safety requirements.

WAH employees must immediately notify their supervisor or Employee Experience and promptly complete
all necessary and/or requested documents regarding any injury or illness incurred by the employee in the
his/her work-at-home workspace.

Alorica Clean Desk
The WAH environment must adhere to the Alorica Paperless Production Area standards in the Alorica
Clean Desk and Data Protection policy. The Alorica Paperless Production Area includes activities
associated with providing the services contracted by Alorica Clients where it is contractually obligated to
have no paper at all.

The work-at-home employee’s work desk should only have a computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse with
absolutely no writing utensils or paper of any kind. Laminated training aids and other ;aminated Alorica
information placards provided by the Company or its clients are allowed.

Pay and Timekeeping


It is Alorica’s policy and practice to accurately compensate employees in compliance with all applicable
laws. To help ensure employees are paid correctly for all time worked, employees are expected to correctly
and completely record all hours worked, promptly review their timekeeping records and paystubs, and identify
and notify their supervisor of any incorrect or missing time entries or wages. No one is permitted to falsify
or adjust time records (up or down) or allow someone else to do so. In the event of any overpayment to an
employee, the Company will deduct the overpayment from a subsequent paycheck of the employee
including his or her final paycheck, subject to applicable law.

Schedule Adherence
Schedule adherence is critical to Alorica. WAH employees are expected to meet all schedule adherence
requirements by working all his/her scheduled hours. Scheduled and assigned hours may vary from week
to week, subject to applicable law.

Technical Schedule interruptions


Technical problem which pertain to Alorica systems or equipment, such as, Company/Client
Network/Application Issues, Password Lock/Resets, Internal Licensing Issue, or Broken Equipment should
be escalated to the Company’s IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk will troubleshoot and attempt to
resolve the issue within 30 minutes of receiving it. If IT is unable to resolve the issue within 30 minutes, the
employee must provide a good contact number, stop working, and log out of Alorica’s timekeeping system.
Once the issue is resolved, the employee should clock in again and resume working if there is time left in
the employee’s scheduled shift. Any time spent conferring with IT must be on-the-clock and added by the
employee to his/her time records for that workday.

Violations

Any violation of this policy may lead to disciplinary action including termination without prejudice to the filing
of civil or criminal action if appropriate.

document as well as Company policy (including policies contained in the Employee Handbook, if and as
