Tools and Equipment in bartending

1. Bar mats – bartender used bar mats to prepare drinks

2. Service mats – bartender place drinks that are ready to be delivered to customer by servers.

3. Cocktail shaker – provide customers with the ideal shaken beverage

4. Bar spoons – is one way to mix cocktail such as whiskey cocktail or gin.
5. Corkscrew – that slide effortlessly into the cork and extra easily without crumbling or damaging
the cork.

6. Cocktail strainers – you need this one to create cold ice free drinks

7. Ice crusher - behind the the bar is the ideal way for bartender to crush ice to the right
consistency for your signature cocktails.
8. Jigger – bartender used jigger to measure correctly and consistently not just for taste but so
they’re not over pouring.

9. Zester – drinks like dry martini or cosmopolitan need a dusting of lemon or lime on top so you
need to use zester.

10. Glass rack – you need to everything you can make it efficient and safe for your bartender to

work.
11. Ice maker – having a reliable ice maker is essential to to keeping your customer happy and keeps
you dashing to the store when you’ve run out of ice.

12. Muddler – muddler tools is used to create many other cocktails.

13. Cocktail pourer – this use is to measured pourer allows you to control and manage your liquor.
14. Cutting board – to cut garnish for cocktails your bar need this one is working

15. Ice bucket – will come in handy if your bartender the bar on the other side from where the ice
machine is located.
