RATIONALE

Youth sector has been a huge community of people that has been interested in
mobile phone photography because it does not involve expensive heavy cameras and
lenses. The invention of more sophisticated camera lenses for mobile devices, plus the
amazing variety of free applications available in the internet makes more mobile
photography become more popular and become a business opportunity. In the
municipality of _____________there is a growing community of freelance photographer
mostly in the youth sector that turns their habit into a potential source of income while
enjoying and maximizing their skills.
In this regard, the Municipal SK Federation would like to conduct three days
training in mobile phone photography in order to improve their potentials and skills.
