Through the extensive training I went through with HelloRache Team, being an HVA is a
big help to overseas providers since we have been equipped with enough knowledge
and experience to assist them the best way we could. I can say I could ease up the
burden of their office work especially when charting notes, and also assist them in
organizing their schedules and appointments with their patients. I could lend my
knowledge as a healthcare professional, and dedication as well for a quality work for the
benefit of the client. As trained and prepared by HelloRache, focus and mastery has
been instilled and will surely be applied once out with the client, which means doing a
task with great attention and keen eye for details, minimizing error.
