3. Supervisors/Managers are not aware of their responsibilities under the Occupational Health
and Safety Act.
4. No internal support like wellness program available for employees.
5. No formal training is giving to the project managers, they were the programmers and they
have just sort of fell in the jobs of Project Managers.
6. The need assessment is not conducted for training the employees that will help them in
enhancing their skills even though programming teams are not meeting the deadlines on their
project.
