Ajinomoto Company is a company that produce food product it concentrates on producing

foods, bioscience chemicals and pharmaceuticals and health. The company also has
performed research and development activities and producing food seasonings, and animal
nutrition, sweetener and other chemical products. The company continuously improving their
food resources and technology to produce the product to sustain in this competitive market.
Ajinomoto will provide good packaging, speed delivery and other services. Most of the
restaurants and institutions are using their products. Ajinomoto is a company which focus
their business internationally include Japan, Asia, America and so on. Ajinomoto is origin
from Tokyo in Japan.

Ajinomoto Malaysia Bhd start the business in Malaysia by producing and distribute
monosodium glutamate (MSG) which is seasoning for cooking. By 1962, the Company has
sought approval operate the business in factory site. Ajinomoto commenced the business in
1965. The Company started diversification market by focus on produce organic fertilizer
products in 1982. The brand Ajinomoto were established since the production of
monosodium glutamate in 1965.

The management goal of Ajinomoto is to achieved the objective to produce the great taste of
seasoning with nutritious ingredients for producing monosodium glutamate, and to resolve
the health issue, they put a lot of effort for improving the resources to produce the MSG to
reduce the harmful effect to our health. For example, the company help Indonesia children
which are facing health problem, the children have anemic and underweight and not having
well balanced food, Ajinomoto prepare a healthy food lunch to students and educated them
has to take care of hygiene and taken proper nutritious food. They also focus on research and
development activities to produce foods, and other products which provide greater health and
better live to customer in order to sustain in the competitive market.

This is the organization structure of Ajinomoto company the chairman and board of directors
of the company, they hold an important position and have to made decision for the company
for any projects implemented, they are appointed to control the finance and cash flow
management, and the overall company operation planning and make important decision to
help the business growth and sustainable.
