Additional Instructions for mailing your parcel

Securely package the item to avoid damage during return--if possible, please use the original packaging.
Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorisation inside the package.
Affix the personalised return mailing label securely to the package, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent
side.
Affix the appropriate postage to your package. Please note that the return postage will be added to your refund if the return is a result of our error. See our
Returns Policy for details.
Send the parcel from your nearest post office or via the delivery method of your choice. If the value of the items you’re returning is more than £20.00, it's
recommended that you use a trackable return method.
