What is
Functional Spec?
A Functional spec is a document
prepared by the SAP functional consultant
so that technical person (or anyone else)
can understand the business requirements.
What is In a Functional spec, the business
Functional requirements are translated to SAP
Spec? terminology.
Any new development in the form, report,
interface or conversions and
enhancements are documented in a
Functional spec.
For example, if the business requires a new
report which displays a list of POs (or SOs) with
scheduled and delivery quantities, you make a
functional spec to describe the requirements.
