CORSAF™ CRI
CORROSION INHIBITOR

Overview
This cyclic amine-based corrosion inhibitor is designed for
Physical Properties
use with solids-free brines. CORSAF™ CRI corrosion inhibitor Appearance Dark liquid
is effective for sodium, potassium, calcium, and zinc brines.
It is a water soluble, film-forming amine that can be used at Odor None
temperatures up to 177°C. Specific Gravity 1.1 g/cm3

CORSAF CRI corrosion inhibitor is recommended for
treatment of brines in well applications utilizing corrosion 1000 liter IBC
resistant alloys (CRA) where a thiocyanate-based inhibitor 20 liter drums
is not appropriate. CORSAF CRI may be used in conjunction
with OxBan or OxBan HB oxygen scavengers and
TETRACIDE D biocide.

Safety and Handling


Avoid skin and eye contact, inhalation or ingestion. For
skin contact, wash with soap and large quantities of water.
For eye contact, flush with large quantities of water. Use
properly designed respirator if adequate ventilation is not
available. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for specific details.
