This Deed of Revocation/Cancellation of Power of Attorney is made on this the ________ Day

Bangladeshi; [hereinafter referred to as the “PRINCIPAL”] (which expression shall unless
excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include his legal heirs, successors-in-interest,
legal representatives, executors, administrators and assignees) of the ONE PART.

PRIME BANK LIMITED, a scheduled Bank incorporated under the Companies Act 1994 and
carrying out its banking business being governed by the relevant Bank Companies Act, having its
Head Office at Adamjee Court Annexe Building - 2, 119-120, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka - 1000 and
having one of its Branch Office at 77/4, Moulvi Bazar, (1st floor), Dhaka, known as Moulvi Bazar
Branch; Dhaka; [hereinafter referred to as the “ATTORNEY BANK”] (which expression shall
unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include its successors-in-interest, legal
representatives, administrators, executors and assignees) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS:
A. The aforementioned PRINCIPAL had appointed the ATTORNEY BANK as his true &
lawful Attorney vide Deed of Power of Attorney (i.e. the PA) No. 4996 dated 08.07.2013,
registered with the Sadar Sub-Registrar, Dhaka to do, execute and perform all acts, deeds
and things recited therein for and on behalf of the said PRINCIPAL, in connection with the
property, described in the schedule below [hereinafter referred to as the ‘Scheduled
Property’];

B. The purpose, for which the said Attorney was appointed, has been exhausted and satisfied;

C. It has become necessary and/or expedient to revoke/cancel the said IGPA given to the
ATTORNEY BANK by the aforesaid PRINCIPAL.

NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED OF REVOCATION/CANCELLATION OF POWER OF


ATTORNEY WITNESSETH that by this DEED OF REVOCATION, the PRINCIPAL does
hereby cancel and revoke the said IGPA absolutely and all powers and authority thereby and
hereunder given to the said ATTORNEY BANK, either expressly or impliedly, to all intents and
purposes shall stand revoked and cancelled as of the date of this DEED OF
REVOCATION/CANCELLATION regarding the Scheduled Property.

R.S-4597, Mutation- 4597/1, Jote number- 179/37, City Jorip- 892, J.L number C.S-4, S.A-4, City
Jorip-8, Mouza-Lalbagh, P.s-Lalbagh, Dist- Dhaka.

i) Butted and bounded by: On the North- Mr. Abdul Quaium, On the South- Mr. Abdul Quaium,
On the East- Road, On the West- Drain. (as per sale deed number 1857 dated 28-06-1999)

ii) Butted and bounded by: On the North- Mr. Abdul Quaium, On the South- Mr Selim, On the
East- Road, On the West- Drain. (as per sale deed number 3405 dated 06-12-1998)

iii) Butted and bounded by: On the North- Mr. Gan Chan Sahani, On the South- Haji Kafil Uddin
then Mr. Choton Sahani, On the East- Road, On the West- Drain. (as per sale deed number
2711 dated 09-10-1991)

B. Buildings, constructions and structures, on the above mentioned land.

All the clauses of this intentions shall be binding, effective and operative jointly and as well as
severally and they are not mutually exclusive.

attached under the Bangladesh Collaborators (Special Tribunal) Order, 1972 (P.O. No.
8 of 1972).

b. That the immovable property subject matter of this Deed of Revocation, is not
abandoned properties within the meaning of the Bangladesh Abandoned Properties
(Control, Management and Disposal Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 16 of 1972).

c. That the Deed of Revocation to be executed in connection with the immovable


properties is not void under any law for the time being in force.

d. That the execution of the Deed of Revocation does not contravene any provision of any
other law for the time being in force.

e. That the proposed Deed of Revocation is not liable to be void under Article 5A of the
Bangladesh Land Holding (Limitation) Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 98 of 1972).

f. That the immovable property i.e. subject matter of this Deed of Revocation, has been
correctly described and have not been undervalued and the executant i.e. I have
transferable right in such properties.

said property. That the property is not under any contract for sale or not sold or not mortgaged or
encumbered otherwise.
