help you increase your employability?
As a student under K-12 curriculum my strengths that can help me increase my
employability is that I am good in communicating with others. I am cooperative with
others. I bring out the best of me to show what I can do and what I have. I am persistent
and determined in everything I do.
2. What can you say about the perception of some employers that hiring K12 graduates
would be a risk?
I can say that it is not about what they have finished, there are K-12 graduates who has
already the skills and creativity to do a job. There are fast learners who can easily learn
how/what to do as an employee in a specific company/organization. Employer’s should
analyze first what can a Grade12 graduate can do before saying that K12 graduates would
be a risk.

3. What is your most important take away from the article?


The study does not prove that college graduates are better workers compared to K-12
graduates.
