I've realized that it is always the leader that motivates and encourages their
following to keep going.

2.What do you think are the best role of a good leader and follower?
Teamwork is the coordinated effort of a leader and a follower to complete
their main objective or duties in a timely or effective manner. It is lending a
helping hand in everything so that people never feel exhausted.

3.How can you improve leadership and followership characteristics?


Embrace the concept of servant leadership, Delegate strategically, Listen deeply,
Give clear, specific recognition and Build trust.

"I consider myself a good follower since I possess attributes such as coordination, willingness to learn

My father , Being self-assured and accountable is an appropriate description of "leadership." Being a
follower entails respecting and obeying your leader. You may be a great leader and a wonderful follower
at the same time if you have a wonderful mindset.

1. What is the message of your slogan or poster?
-The message of my slogan is that before you can be a leader you must experience how to be a
follower.
2. How could you influence others to become a good leader and a follower?
-I can influence other to become a good leader and a follower by loving others, always pray to God,
and always thank everyone for your food, drink, and benefits. Don't curse, spit, or kick people. Always
pray, and remember that everyone is equal in God's sight.

3. Why do young people need to understand the concept of leadership and followership?
For various reasons, followership is significant in the topic of leadership. There are no leaders if there
are no followers. People who voluntarily and successfully follow, as well as those who freely and
successfully lead, are required for any endeavor or organization to flourish.
