    Greetings of peace and prosperity!

    This pandemic has brought uncertainty and great impact on major aspects of education. Teachers needed
    to make necessary actions in order to prove that no one can stop us from learning even i this COVID-19
    situation.
    With regards to this, I am requesting in your good office a permission and approval for conducting a
    Home Visitation. It is simply a tool and alternative way of monitoring and discussing child’s current growth
    and development.
    I would like to inform you that starting today June 03, 2021 until June 21, 2021 I am going to conduct a
    visit to the following students of Grade – I Tulip:
    1. Justine Ma-asin - Sitio, Lungos - ( June 03, 2021)
    2. Gil De Guzman - Sitio Lungos (June 03, 2021)
    3. Jean Cielo Talavera – Sitio Pandayan (June 04, 2021)
    4. Jerwin De Torres – Sitio Pandayan ( June 04, 2021)
    5. John Denzel Cay – Sitio Bungahan ( June 16, 2021)
    6. Daniel Padilla – Sitio Bungahan (June 16, 2021)
    7. Nichell Arellano – Sitio Amuguis (June 17, 2021)
    8. Jelyn De Castro – Sitio Bagtingan (June 21, 2021)

    I am also going to distribute modules and retrieve modules from last week. This will be a great
    opportunity to establish rapport to the parents and discuss some feedbacks or concerns about upcoming school
    activities. Home visitation is necessary to monitor each pupil’s progress and evaluate their performance.
    I assure you of the safety protocols that will be strictly imposed during my home visitation.
    I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter.
