Miranda a Dani: Can you describe your strengths to me?


Dani: I don’t like working in a team and I'm not good at working under pressure, but I think I could
work like that.

Israel a Angie: What are your main weaknesses?


Angie: I have many to be honest. First, I don't like to be scolded when I'm wrong, and I complain
when I can't do what I'm asked.

Miranda a Dani: How do you see yourself in five years?


Dani: I don't think I have a good future and I don't think I will last in this job, but I really need the
money.

Israel a Angie: Could you give me an example of a situation in which you faced a challenge and
how did you overcome it?
Angie: In all the challenges that come my way, it usually bothers me because I'm not good with
difficult things, and I don't like trying new things.

Miranda a Dani: What are the most important factors you are looking for in your next professional
opportunity?
Dani: I am looking for an easy job and without so many hours, but with a good payment.

Israel a Angie: Why are you leaving your current job?


Angie: In my previous job they asked me to arrive early and I liked to wake up late and my boss did
not like that.

Miranda a Dani: What are your salary claims?


Dani: I want to be paid 20 dollars an hour, but I only want to work 5 hours

Angie y Dani:

Dani a Miranda: Do you know about this area?

Miranda: Yes I know, I have one year of experience on this areas, and also I take too many course
to improve my knowledge

Angie a Israel: Did you know the company?

israel: Yes I know, you have good coments about your service and your products, especially your
attention with the customers

Dani a Miranda: Have you been a customer of ours?

Miranda: Yes of course, for that reason I want to be part of your worker team, you have the best
products in all the country.
Angie a Israel: How did you know about this vacancy?

ISRAEL: Well, I was in my computer check some websites about new vacancys around my
department and I see your post and I contact you immediately

Dani a Miranda: Do you know someone who works here?

Miranda: Yes I know, a father of a classmate work with you. And he always say that his job is really
great and interesing

Angie a Israel: Why do you think you are the right person for the job?

israel: Because, I am really preparate to be in contact with the costumers, I have relations with the
people, and have good feelings, I mind that I study too much to have a job like this.

Im really want to work here with your company.

Dani a Miranda: What are your strengths?

Miranda: Well I am very Creativity, Discipline with the work, Patience with the people
,Respectfulness, Determination with the objetive, Dedication, Honesty, Versatility. I mind that are
my strengths.

Angie a Miranda: What are your weak points?

Miranda: My weak point is I focus too much on the details, because i am really want to the all in
order and have the control of the situación.

I check always my work two times, to be sure that the work is perfect.

Okay, the truth is that your answers do not convince us, apparently you don't meet the
