    A RESOLUTION SOLICITING THE OFFICE OF THE HONORABLE VICE-MAYOR,


    BARTOLOME BADECAO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUKO TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR
    RIPRAPPING THE ERODED PORTION APPROXIMATELY 15 (15METERS) AT THE BACK
    OF THE BAGUNG LIPUNAN BUILDING.

    WHEREAS, in a meeting of the said association held at the grade V room on January 9, 2021, and
    acting throughout, the following resolutions were duly approved, to wit:

    WHEREAS, it is the long call of the school’s stakeholders of Letang Elementary School to riprap the
    back of the Bagong Lipunan Building which is eroded and identified hazardous by the School DRRM
    Team making the pathway along it slippery when wet during rainy season;

    WHEREAS, the area is prone to accidents, the common of which is falling beneath among school
    children and those of old age who do not have the clear vision passing through the pathway affected by
    the eroded portion when wet;

    WHEREAS, to address the aforementioned, the officers seek to solicit funds from the Office of the
    Honorable Vice-Mayor, Bauko, Mountain Province;
    “RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to forward this resolution to the Office of the Honorable
    Vice-Mayor, Bartolome Badecao, Municipality of Bauko, Mountain Province to allocate funds for
    riprapping the back of the Bagong Lipunan Building which is eroded and identified hazardous by the
    School DRRM Team making the pathway along it slippery when wet during rainy season;

    “RESOLVED further, to submit this resolution to the Office of the Barangay Tapapan
    Council for further endorsement”;

    “RESOLVED finally, to entrust this resolution to MARY D. GUIB for submission and follow
    up”;

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 9th day of January,
    2021 in Letang, Tapapan, Bauko, Mountain Province, Philippines.
