Process to raise remote desktop for all the environment

Team need to sent email Kym ([email protected])for approval.,after that the please add
Gabriel([email protected]) for his approval. Once Gabriel provides the approval sent the email to
Rahul ([email protected]) or Issac([email protected]).

Once you get approval kindly sent the email to Kuldeep ([email protected])and
Srikant([email protected]) to get the access for RDP.

Process to Get BODS access:-

Kindly go through the below link to raise the request in share point.

Re_ BODS Approval


For Prod & Non-Prod.msg
Once the request is raised in shar point Team need to sent the email to Adarsh([email protected])
and Himanshu([email protected]) and security team ([email protected])to provide
the BODS access for all the environment.

oracle access:-

Kindly download dbeaver from google and install it the machine.

Add the details as belows :-

DEV

Host:- g2u2650g.austin.hpicorp.net

Port:1525

Database:-DSD

User details and password is in Job catalog document .Check connection TAB.

Next step is edit driver setting .GO to the link provided in next tab and download the jar file .
WINSCP ACCESS:

Go to the link: https://virtualsm.glb.itcs.hpicorp.net/srpa/srpa_individual.php

Then click on Submit New SPRA.


Click on group member.

Click on PB Group.

Provide : HPI_BODS_Team_Access in search tab and click on next.


Select your account and click on next.

Provide Business Justification as: Required access for BODS target file
And submit the SRPA request.

PLM MIGRATION BODS SHARED DRIVE ACCESS


Again go to the same link and create new SRPA request and then click on Individual SRPA request.

Then add the Server details and validate it, click on add all and then click on next.

DEV/Quality :c2t29593.itcs.hpicorp.net, port number-22

Production : g2t5250g.austin.hpicorp.net

g2t5251g.austin.hpicorp.net,port number-22
Select your account and click on next.
Select Command as mentioned above and provide the required targets and click on the plus button and
then press the next.

Justification: Not Applicable( please write this properly else the request will not get submitted)

Then press on submit button.

Datastore ATL:- for all the environment

RE_ BODS
Data-store ATL Files.msg

Prod_Access_details

Please open it in Notepad ++.
