    LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO SELL AND DECLARATION OF

    INTENT TO BUY REAL PROPERTY COVERED BY TCT NO. T-113170

    Dear Mrs. Anita V. Rodriguez,

    Reference is hereby made to your letter dated 8 July 2020, addressed to the
    undersigned, offering to sell to me that real estate property designated as Block 3 Lot 15,
    Phase 3 Villa Remedios Subd., Halang, Calamba City, Laguna and more specifically
    described as follows:

    “A parcel of land (Lot 15 Block 3 of the consol.-subd. Plan Pcs-04-010648, being


    a portion of the consol. of lots 1-B, Psd-043405-059843; 2-B; 3-B & P-C, Psd-
    043405-059844, LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the Brgy. of Halang, Calamba, Prov.
    of Laguna. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 16, Blk. 3; on the SW., along
    line 2-3 by Lot 13, Blk. 3; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 4; on the NE.,
    along line 4-1 by Lot 17, Blk. 3, all of the consol.-subd. plan. Beginning at point
    marked 1 on plan being N.67 deg. 26’W., 205.95 m. from BBM 16, Calamba Cad.;

    INTENT TO BUY the above-described property. As such I hereby express my intent to buy
    the said property. For this reason, I wish to discuss with you the steps on how we will get
    through the execution of a deed of sale and other matters including the process of
    transferring the ownership/title in my name.
