    I N S T R U C T I ON S
    1. You must reach on 21-02-2020 at 09.00 A.M. Repeat 09.00 A.M. to collect the material from . If any member of
    supervisory staff fails to reach the allotted centre, he / she be disqualified for future remuneratory job of the Board
    and intimation shall also be sent his / her department for disciplinary action.

    2. The Superintendent is allowed to appoint an Assistant Superintendent / Cum Clerk below the Rank of SST and
    that too must from the invigilation staff appointed by the Board.
    3. In case the Deputy Superintendent of an examination centre does not report for duty, the concerned Centre
    Superintendent may appoint one senior most Invigilator as Deputy Superintendent amongst the Invigilators
    appointed by the Board for one day. The Conduct Branch should be informed at once on Telephone No. 048-
    3250056
    4. Before opening the sealed envelops pertaining to question papers, please check it very carefully lest you should
    open the wrong envelops.
    5. You have no authority to allow a candidate to appear in the group other than allotted him / her.

    6. Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre to any Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent/
    Invigilator / Candidate.
